Promotional Terms & Conditions

Shipping Codes

From time to time, Kettlewell may issue free delivery promotional codes through selected marketing channels. These codes can be used to discount the delivery cost on orders placed at kettlewellcolours.com or through our customer services team by phone.

To redeem a code online, simply add your chosen items to your basket and enter the code in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box at checkout. If placing your order by phone, please quote the promotional code before completing your order.

Unless otherwise stated, free delivery codes are valid for UK delivery addresses only and apply to standard delivery services. 

Promotional codes cannot usually be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Codes are valid only for the time period stated in the relevant marketing communication and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or extended at any time without notice. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Kettlewell reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes are used incorrectly or fraudulently.

All purchases remain subject to Kettlewell’s standard Terms & Conditions, available on our website.

General Offer Terms

Only one promotional offer or discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. Some offers may also be limited to one use per customer.

All promotions are subject to availability and Kettlewell Colours reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend any offer at any time.

Voucher and discount offers can only be redeemed against qualifying orders meeting any stated minimum spend requirement and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any cash alternative.

Full terms relating to specific promotions or discount codes will be provided within the relevant marketing communication, such as an email, catalogue or website banner. Limited time promotions will clearly state an end date where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated:
• Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount
• Offer codes cannot be used on sale or discounted items
• Gift vouchers are excluded from promotions
• Offer codes are limited to one use per customer
• Free delivery promotions apply to UK mainland addresses only

Kettlewell Colours reserves the right to cancel orders, remove discounts or charge the applicable delivery fee where promotional offers have been used incorrectly, reused outside of the stated terms, or applied to excluded products or delivery locations.

Products from the wider Refined Brands group, including Frugi, Turtle Doves and Celtic & Co, are excluded from Kettlewell Colours promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where a promotion includes a free gift, the qualifying conditions for the offer must still be met after any returns are processed. If returning items means the order no longer qualifies for the free gift, the gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund.

Fixed Amount Off Offers

Promotions offering a fixed discount when purchasing multiple qualifying items, such as “Buy 2 Linen Items and Save £30”, apply only when all qualifying conditions are met.

If part of an order purchased as part of a multi buy or bundle promotion is returned, the promotional discount may be recalculated. If the remaining items no longer qualify for the offer, the value of the promotion may be deducted from the refund.

For example, if an order qualified for £30 off when purchasing two qualifying items and one item is returned, the order may no longer qualify for the promotion. In this case, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value without the full promotional discount applied.

Refunds will always reflect the amount paid after any promotional discount has been proportionally applied.

Tiered Offers

Tiered promotions, such as percentage discounts based on spend thresholds, apply only when the qualifying order value is met at the time of purchase.

For example, an offer may provide 10% off orders under £150 and 20% off orders of £150 or more. If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below the higher qualifying threshold, the discount applied to the order will be recalculated using the appropriate lower discount tier.

Any refund issued will reflect the adjusted promotional discount based on the value of the items kept.

Unless otherwise stated, tiered promotions cannot be combined with any other offer and exclusions may apply to selected products, including cleaning and care items.

Buy One Get One Half Price Offers

Buy One Get One Half Price promotions apply only when both qualifying items are purchased and kept as part of the same order.

If the full price item is returned but the half price item is kept, the promotion will no longer apply. In this case, the refund for the returned item will be reduced to reflect the full price of the remaining item.

If the half price item is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid for that item.

Refunds for promotional purchases will always reflect the amount paid after any applicable promotional discounts have been applied proportionally across the qualifying items.
