Frequently asked questions
Once you join the programme, you’ll receive your own unique affiliate link and discount code to share with your clients and audience.
You will earn 20% commission on a new customer’s first eligible order, followed by up to 7.5% commission on any future eligible orders they place with Kettlewell for a period of up to 24 months. You will also earn commission on eligible purchases made directly through your affiliate link.
You can promote your link and code through your website, blog, social media channels, YouTube content, email newsletters or client styling sessions.
The Kettlewell Stylist Affiliate Programme is open to colour consultants, personal stylists and image professionals who share our passion for helping women feel confident in colour.
To join the Stylist Programme, applicants must provide their social media handle(s) and a brief statement sharing their mission, values, and passion for helping clients discover the colours that help them look and feel their best.
All applications are reviewed by our team before approval to ensure the programme remains aligned with the Kettlewell brand and community.
The programme is currently only open to people based in the UK.
A new customer is defined as an individual who has never previously placed an order with Kettlewell and does not have an existing customer record within our systems.
The enhanced new customer commission applies only to a qualifying customer's first order.
Customers who have previously purchased from Kettlewell, regardless of when the purchase was made, will not be considered new customers and will earn commission at the Stylist's standard tier rate. Kettlewell's customer records will be used to determine customer eligibility and commission qualification.
Your programme level is based on the total qualifying spend generated through your unique Stylist referral link or code during the programme year.
As your clients shop with Kettlewell, their qualifying purchases contribute towards your progress through the programme tiers. Once you reach the required threshold for the next level, you will automatically move up and gain access to the associated commission rate and rewards.
Please note that commissions are paid at the rate applicable to your tier at the time an order is placed. If an order takes you into a higher tier, the new commission rate will apply to future eligible orders.
Simply sign up via our form, then add a link from your website or social channels to the Kettlewell website. We'd recommend using your unique affiliate link for this, so anyone who clicks through is automatically attributed to you.
