Welcome to our new colourful website! We’ve refreshed the experience and made a number of exciting improvements to create a smoother, easier to navigate site.We hope you love it as much as we do. How do I log into my account on the new website?

To access your account on our new website, simply click the account icon in the top right corner of the page. 

Enter your email address and we will send a unique, one time code directly to your inbox. Enter this code to securely log in to your account. 

This replaces the previous password system, so you no longer need to remember a password. Each time you log in, you will receive a new secure code by email. 

How does Shop pay work? 

Shop Pay is an accelerated, secure checkout system developed by Shopify that allows customers to save their email, credit card, and shipping information. It speeds up future purchases to a one-tap process across Shopify stores.

How does Shop by Colour Work? 

Along with other new improvements, filtering is now even easier. You can now filter by colour, colour palette, and tone to find colours perfect for you. Click on a colour to then view the products available.

How does the filtering work on the product page? 

You can now filter by season and/or tone on the product page. You can view one season at a time, and the colour swatches will change to show the colours available in that season. 

You can select up to three tonal filters as well if you wish. Again, the colour swatches available will change based on your selection.

These use AND filtering, so if you select spring + Light + Clear, you will see colours that match ALL of those attributes. 

Sometimes a selection is not possible and will return no colour swatches. IF this happens, please just clear the filters and start again. 

How do I see cross over colours on the product page? 

When you click on a colour on the product page, if you open the filter and/or tone filters, the season and tone properties for the colour will be highlighted in a pale turquoise colour.

How does my Wishlist work? 

Add items to your wishlist from our collection pages by clicking the heart in the top right corner of the product image or by clicking the button on the product page. If you save items to your wishlist then you can receive price drop notifications if you wish.

Do you still share colour combinations? 

Yes. Our fan-favourite colour combinations are now available on the new site, and we’re pleased to say they have been improved. You can now shop directly from them! We’ve done the hard work for you and matched products to the colour combinations, making it even easier to shop for your seasonal palette.

Our colour combination archive has not yet been transferred to the new site, but once it is, we will send an email. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to hear when this happens.

How can I access my order history? 

All order history has been carried over to the new site. Simply log in to your account and you will be able to access it in the 'My Account' area.
