Kettlewell & Friends Terms & Conditions 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Kettlewell, a part of Refined Brands Group. Our registered office is:
Unit 2 & 2A Lodge Way, Indian Queens Industrial Estate, St Columb, Cornwall, TR9 6TF.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Refined Brands Group and its associated companies, their immediate family members, anyone professionally connected with the competition, and anyone directly involved in its administration or judging.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete the online entry form and provide a valid email address.
Entry is conditional upon agreeing to receive marketing communications from Frugi & Friends.
By entering the competition, participants consent to receiving email marketing from Frugi & Friends, including news, offers, promotions and other relevant communications from Turtle Doves, Celtic & Co., Frugi and Kettlewell.
Participants can withdraw their marketing consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
The competition will run from 09:00:00 BST on Friday 2 October 2026 until 23:59:59 BST on Sunday 11 October 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
The winner will receive a prize package with a total value of over £2,000, comprising:

- 1 × Frugi coat of the winner's choice, subject to availability
- 1 × Trail Blazing or Explorer Backpack, subject to availability

Turtle Doves
- 1 × pair of Fingerless Gloves, in the winner's choice of available colour
- 1 × Neckwarmer, in the winner's choice of available colour
- 1 × Wristwarmer, in the winner's choice of available colour

The prize is as described above and is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right, where necessary, to substitute an individual prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the respective brand's website and are subject to the relevant brand's voucher terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period using a randomised selection process.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be arranged for delivery to the winner as soon as reasonably practicable and normally within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance of the prize, subject to availability.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided when entering the competition will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, selecting and contacting the winner and awarding the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By entering the competition, participants also consent to receiving marketing communications from Frugi & Friends as described in Section 3. Participants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails.

8. General
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winner is final, subject to the entrant's statutory rights.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.
By entering this competition, entrants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
9. Publicity
The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of the prize winner, and other information necessary to demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place, in accordance with applicable advertising and data protection requirements.
Entrants may object to the publication or availability of this information, or request that the amount of information published is reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details provided in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may contact the winner regarding potential post-competition publicity. Any use of the winner's image or other promotional content will be subject to the winner's agreement.
