With the move from lettered to numerical sizing, the intention was to create clearer, more consistent grading across styles, but we appreciate that the fit of a 14 can feel notably different to a previous size L, especially if you know the style well.
This particular top is designed in a lighter‑weight jersey to give a smooth, streamlined finish, which can feel thinner and more fluid than earlier versions. That fabric choice doesn’t suit everyone, and it’s absolutely right to trust your instincts if it’s feeling too clingy or not as comfortable as you’d hoped.
